Acupuncture aims to bring balance to an individual’s health addressing the whole person not just the symptoms of disease. Traditional acupuncture has been used in China for thousands of years and its wealth of knowledge is constantly being refined and developed. Research and modern testing continues to develop a detailed but often complex understanding of a person's energetic balance. In China acupuncture is widely used in hospitals along side surgical procedures, drug therapies and to aid recovery and rehabilitation. In the UK it has been recommended by NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) to be made available on the NHS for chronic lower back pain. Practitioners and patients know of the effectiveness of acupuncture and today there is more and more verifiable evidence being put forward. Maybe it’s the treatment you need?

Tui Na/An Mo (Chinese Massage) is the ancient Chinese system of massage existing for thousands of years and as such has developed into a highly sophisticated system for treating an individual. Incorporating techniques that can be used alone or combined it gives an almost unlimited tool-kit when treating any condition. Tui Na/An Mo can be applied for stress/tension, muscular pain, back ache, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, IBS, period pains, circulation problems and much more.

Qi/Reiki healing uses the more subtle energy forces that work around and within us to help achieve a sense of balance again. Clearing energetic blockages and helping individuals to attain the important connection to their core this type of work can be both powerful and subtle leaving individuals feeling relaxed, calm and rejuvenated. Typically this forms part of a Tui Na massage treatment but can be given as a treatment in its own right.
